To his eminence the Raj. on March 23, 1926.:
We have finally been able to get a sketch of the "Deathshadow" from a sailor on the
Negro that saw the ship on two different days.
Our best naval architects have gone over the sketch and the reports. The image it not perfect, as the ship is mostly black but with a grey paint schemes. The scale of the ship is hard to gauge with no reference points, so this was the best they could do with what information was available. The turrets are in grey and might be too small or too large in this sketch. The superstructure is done in black here as best as it could be defined thought there actual color is a dark grey and black. The funnels seem to be a multi-shades of grey paint to mask their size and number. The bow wave is not know to be real or painted on but was in the sailors original sketch. The skull and crossbones under the superstructure was visible but they might have a way to cover it when they don't wish to be seen. In low light it might blend with the sea, so it might be a grey or grey blue.

(Final out of character note: Walter designed the ship's specifications, I'm just filling in an image as best I can to suit the needs of the story...which I think Chile's playing a secondary or trinary roll at best. But more on that later from Walter and Swamphen....my part is "finished" as the ship that was in the wrong place at the wrong time.)
