So, why are you messing with Texas? :-)

She's pushing 15 years old, is the only remaining coal powered major warship in the fleet, and despite performing admirably during the Atlantian wargames, is really showing her age. Even if I replace her with the Georgia design its going to be 1935 before she can be retired. I'll post the revised stats later today. Its basically just the historical refit: Oil replacing coal, bulges, improved deck armor and a torpedo bulkhead.

I had wanted to write up a story during the wargames about how her crew works feverishly to keep the "Floating Barbecue" running at top efficiency in spite of her obsolete machinery and general obsolescence in the face of post war changes in warship design. My eye problems put the kibosh on that though so I never got around to it.

I've updated the Texas' entry in my encyclopedia to show the refit.

Made an error on the Santa Anna rebuild, had the wrong number of quarters. Should be 4 instead of 6. I keep getting rebuilding and reconstruciton confused.
