Change in rule and change in ship to something below 3000 tons. I'm slightly worried about the addition of the 75mm guns regarding deckspace, but I didn't want it to end up looking a bit too much like one of those Italian ships (despite the majority of main guns being aft, something that happened when I sized down the Waissu class (at least to me it looked a bit too much like the Kapitani Romani).
