Two ships with the same name?

CL Brooklyn receives 1565 tons
CL Brooklyn receives 1565 tons

Well, not really: the Boise's a 6"-gunned CL of the Brooklyn class, not the proposed 10" gunned CA.

WAAAAAHHH. :(

The USN is still debating the 8" vs 10" gun question, and the Omaha class are needing replacements, so right now CLs are getting built over CAs.

Just be careful the US doesn't presume that all that coughing is tuberculosis or plague and decide to save the world by bombing Latvia into the stone age. ;)

My OCD compelled me to edit in state locations for all the yards.

Also, this;

Seems quite impossible, on several different levels.

Edit: and on further reflection, it seems three of the Montanas are on Class 4 slips...which are not long enough.

Yes:
- Ship was laid down Q1/1937. I presume it was mixed up with a Colorado-class rebuild?
- Ship (if Montana-class) is 925' long, and won't fit in a Class 4 slip (885'). Actually, this holds true for all the Montanas except the Iowa...

Edit: What Shin said.

He's got

a free S5 and two free D5s.

I don't think it would rip a hole in the space-time continuum if he were to do a few small edits.

Yes, it shouldn't be a problem.

Drat. Obviously, I forgot the length on those ships, I was apparently thinking of the German BBs that are even heavier but those ships DO fit into a Type 4 slip. Ah, well, now all the ships have to be built on the east coast. :(
