You should be able to re-name threads too...

Are you aware of the "Administrative Option" field below each thread? Chose "Edit Thread" and change the names...

I knew I could edit the post in its entirety, only the heading was giving me greif. Oddly enough the title still shows as Q4/31 in the actual post but in the forums it has changed as per edit.
