D. Transactions

Deal with Atlantis for a trio of "light cruisers" with the potential for a pair of "heavy cruisers" based on the same hull. 1,830 tons of material transfered to Atlantis per quarter for "light cruiser" (CL-6). Second "light cruiser" (CL-7) being built locally.
Third cruiser (CL-8) laid down in Atlantis at 1,830 tons a quarter. Should the "heavy cruisers" come about, the first will be built in Atlantis, the second in Chile.
1,830 tons of material transfered to Atlantis for sixth payment on first cruiser (6 of 6 + 500 tons in Q2/1928) - to be delivered in Q2/1928.
1,830 tons of material transfered to Atlantis for the second payment on the third cruiser (2 of 6 + 500 tons in Q2/1929) - to be delivered in Q2/1929.

Construction of American built Coastal Defense Battleship began in Q1/1927 at 2,000 tons per quarter until Q4/1928. Vessel currently called Almirante Gideon.
2,000 tons of material transfered to the United States, (5 of 8) - Ship to be delivered early in Q1/1929.

E. Other Notes

Construction on "Light" Cruiser Picunches (CL-7) slowed down in an effort to get the Armoured Cruiser Tylor finished. With two other ships of this class under construction in foreign yards, it is expected that this vessel can wait while the Tylor is completed to fill the gap made by the retirement of the Esmeralda from the fleet.

CLV-1 (ex CL-4) Marina Guardia Hyatt set out on trials after final fittings are completed.

Old Destroyer Capitan Thompson has be regulated to training duty. She will likely be either broken up or used as a target within the next years.

Work starts on the "15 inch/51 caliber" cannon project.
