Judging by the remaining strength, you can either shrink the ship a bit or lengthen the main belt enough to cover the magazines (probably a wise thing to do).
I noticed that after I posted it and with only six more feet the magazines were covered. Also increased the number of 88mm to 6 on the side without a noticible difference in weight and hull strength.
Shorten the ship a little bit to drop the tonnage.
