Na dann....
Here´s what I got when going back to OPHIONs speed and deck armor. Stability increased to 1.03 and seakeeping now is at 1.04. Range also increased by another douzand miles as did torpedo resistance.
However, I´m no longer sure if I really made a step forward from OPHION. :o/
OPHION had two more secondary turrets which at least offered better all around defense capabilties against multiple targets. She also carried more shells per main gun and had more misc weight capacity.
On the other hand the new ship has a deeper belt, heavier AA guns, a marginally increased range and a better TDS. 29K is also smaller, her displacement dropped below 40kts but 118ts hardly buy me an advantage.
In general there is neither more speed, more guns or an significant increase in protection....
Or am I wrong?
