Canadian Super Science strikes again!

Those evil villains did it again and tested their gravity pulse canon on a crane, knocking it over...

... Actually just another exciting day in the flower business. A few shots taken with my new weapon. :)

This is about 100-200 meters from the company where I work. No casualties, though I expect that the operator will be needing a lot more than a few beers to recover from the incident. :D

Whoops. Missed that with the copy/paste from notepad.

Olympus E-620. Lenses are 40-150mm and 14-42mm.

Aiming the camera up and with the 70-300mm lens and 500mm mirror lens, I took more than 60 photos the last few days. Pretty much a learning experience. This one is one of the best so far with the 500mm which is a really nice 'toy'. :)

It is also neat to see the moon moving very slowly when looking on the display of the camera at 10x zoom. :)

You gonna get a photo of the "Uber-moon" on the 19th (I think it is)? You know, when the moon is it's closest to Earth AND Full at the same time.

Yes, it is on March 19 at 18:10UTC. I will definitely try it. I sure hope that there aren't any clouds blocking the moon on that day. Of course a bit later on March 26, there is this so hopefully that will help a bit to see things in the sky. :)

Had some nice cloudless skies when it was needed. :)

Moon a few days later.

Full moon.

wow...very nice
You smug-faced crowds with kindling eye
Who cheer when soldier lads march by,
Sneak home and pray you'll never know
The hell where youth and laughter go.
