Quite so. The seller ought to drive the best bargain possible, unless political considerations bear. So too should the buyer seek his best bargain. It's the capitalist way.Call me loco in the coco, but I no longer see the virtue in selling something for just above scrap value. If I'm going to incur whatever stigma comes with selling to folks like Mexico or China, I might as well make some useful coin from it.

From Q1/45 the heavy cruiser La Argentina will be disposed of as surplus to requirements and placed on the market.
The Kriegsmarine is considering the foreign sale or transfer abroad of up to six units of the subject class during 1945. Details of the vessels in question can be found here.
The vessels were given minor refits in 1942. Serious offers will be entertained. Active belligerents need not apply. ;)
