True the RL Argentinian capital is in WW SAE territory. IIRC the WW capital of Argentina is Cordoba?

Yes Cordoba is the capital of Argentina in WW. Inland and not even on a major river so there is no threat from the RSAN. My main naval base and shipyards at Bahia Blanca are uncomfortably close to the SAE Uruguay border though.
