Some of the Japanese cast-offs are in Janes' WW1, but I don't know if Walter kept them strictly historic or not.

Didn't have a place to dump them. However I think that I will put them in a separate bit in the "Japan" board. I tried to keep those old ships reasonably close to the 'historical' data in Janes WW1.

We need a new Encyclopedia board for 'Chosen & Formosa'...

Added a few I'd missed to the CDS and CA pages, and added...

Light Cruisers of the WesWorld

There are some missing; for instance, eight of the French CLs listed at the end of the latest Sim Report are AWOL.

I will leave the compilation of Destroyers to another, as I desire to retain such small shreds of my sanity as I currently have.

Welll done. That must have been quite a little bit of work.

One idea: Mark the ships already rebuild, probably by mentioning the year of their rebuild. Otherwise it sometimes looks odd (see 1908 for example and compare the stats - you´ll notice that the _rebuild_ RSAN ships have completely different/superior stats).

I´ll also wonder why the PORT SHEPSTONE-class of 1913 made it into 1915...?!

I'll see about adding something to indicate rebuilds...perhaps.

3s and 5s tend to look alike at midnight after five hours online. ;-)

Did some hunting on Admiral K's webpage and I believe the missing French ships should be:

-Heavy Cruiser page-
2 Quinet-class

-Light Cruiser page-
8? De Grasse-class

So these have been added. :-)

Sub standard?

I decided to do Submarines, and in so doing revealed some gaping holes in the Encyclopedia... :-(

(Hmm, maybe I shouldn't be using 'gaping holes' and 'submarine' in the same sentence? ;) )

Also, my willpower not to do Destroyers is slipping...

You will find very little on Atlantian subs and Turkish DD's/TB's so be prepared do do some work on both DD's and Subs.

To fill your "holes" in knowledge, the Chilean submarines have no guns of any kind...only torpedoes. They are "coastal" submarines, yet can cross the Atlantic on their own (H1 of the United Kingdom did so in August of 1915)

I doubt this will change, though at some point I will need to replace these submarines.

Patched some holes in the sub page ;) and added a few I'd missed to the CA and CL pages.

And I proudly present...

Destroyers of the WesWorld

And I'm still perfectly sane, yes I am indeed totally unquestionably 100-percent retaining my facilities for sure and here come those nice young men in their clean white coats...

We'll let then drag you away a little later. You are missing one Chilean destroyer however. New light destroyer Guardia Marina Contrerra laid down in Q4/1927 (it seems to have not made it into my main section until today, but was in my destroyer's thread and in the sim report).

She's been added.

(Good thing I compiled this when I did...)

Good, and yes I'd say your timing was spot on.

See how much easier it is to compare the bare specifications of all navies with this data. Makes plotting and planning easier, and could prove useful in avoiding copying another's design without realizing it.

There are probably more designs missing but it´s Jane´s - it doesn´t have to be 100%. ;o)

Nice job, Swamphy.

Thanks, glad y'all like it. :-)

I've added a brief, certainly incomplete list of seaplane carriers at the bottom of the CV page.

Just 2 minor gripes....
the 2 latest Danish classes are "Felix" and "Raptor", and not named after the lead ship in either case,

Otherwise, GOOD WORK!!!
