I had a play around and came up with something thats much more like a pocket battlecruiser. Armament consists of two duple 305/46 turrets fore and aft. Along the centreline between the funnels are 135/45 mountings that can fire to either side. Next to the 305mm turrets are the torpedo tubes, stacked quintuples. The large powerplant allows speeds of 33.5knts+. Armour is enough to fight cruisers.

The last two designs were very different indeed but finally I decided for the second Nordmark design. Well armed and protected, comparable to the older Italian BB's (like it's going to help with them being replaced by the time this ship is completed, I guess very crappy Intelligence service. ) and can give a good fight to their armoured cruisers. Of ocurse will be torn to pieces in any battle with the Littorios but oh well. :D

Why risk damaging such a pretty ship when Italy can cause of a repeat of Viribus Unitis?
