Anti-aircraft guns in deck mounts
on side, all amidships, all raised mounts - superfiring
Weight of broadside 419 lbs / 190 kg
Shells per gun, main battery: 150
6 - 24,0" / 609,6 mm above water torpedoes

Armour:
- Gun armour: Face (max) Other gunhouse (avg) Barbette/hoist (max)
Main: 2,36" / 60 mm 2,36" / 60 mm -
2nd: 0,79" / 20 mm - -

- Conning tower: 3,15" / 80 mm

Machinery:
Oil fired boilers, steam turbines,
Geared drive, 2 shafts, 49 855 shp / 37 192 Kw = 34,00 kts
Range 6 000nm at 15,00 kts
Bunker at max displacement = 596 tons

Complement:
198 - 258

Cost:
£1,701 million / $6,803 million

Distribution of weights at normal displacement:
Armament: 50 tons, 1,7 %
Armour: 75 tons, 2,5 %
- Belts: 0 tons, 0,0 %
- Torpedo bulkhead: 0 tons, 0,0 %
- Armament: 61 tons, 2,1 %
- Armour Deck: 0 tons, 0,0 %
- Conning Tower: 14 tons, 0,5 %
Machinery: 1 299 tons, 44,3 %
Hull, fittings & equipment: 920 tons, 31,4 %
Fuel, ammunition & stores: 427 tons, 14,6 %
Miscellaneous weights: 160 tons, 5,5 %

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
938 lbs / 426 Kg = 20,2 x 4,5 " / 115 mm shells or 0,4 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1,09
Metacentric height 1,3 ft / 0,4 m
Roll period: 13,4 seconds
Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 68 %
- Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0,82
Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1,36

Hull form characteristics:
Hull has rise forward of midbreak
and transom stern
Block coefficient: 0,440
Length to Beam Ratio: 10,91 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 22,66 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 66 %
Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 50
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 0,00 degrees
Stern overhang: 0,00 ft / 0,00 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
- Stem: 29,53 ft / 9,00 m
- Forecastle (20 %): 22,97 ft / 7,00 m
- Mid (50 %): 22,97 ft / 7,00 m (13,88 ft / 4,23 m aft of break)
- Quarterdeck (15 %): 13,88 ft / 4,23 m
- Stern: 13,88 ft / 4,23 m
- Average freeboard: 18,95 ft / 5,78 m

Ship space, strength and comments:
Space - Hull below water (magazines/engines, low = better): 162,5 %
- Above water (accommodation/working, high = better): 100,6 %
Waterplane Area: 9 337 Square feet or 867 Square metres
Displacement factor (Displacement / loading): 86 %
Structure weight / hull surface area: 41 lbs/sq ft or 201 Kg/sq metre
Hull strength (Relative):
- Cross-sectional: 0,51
- Longitudinal: 3,19
- Overall: 0,61
Hull space for machinery, storage, compartmentation is cramped
Room for accommodation and workspaces is adequate
Good seaboat, rides out heavy weather easily

Miscellaneous weights: 160 tons of which 80 tons for 2x3 24 Inch torpedo launchers and 80 tons for any other desired equipment

She looks grand, but at 2599 tons standard, I think refering to is as a DDL(destroyer, light) is pushing it a bit.

Did you mean DL (destroyer leader)?

Huh? I have never seen a ship being designated DL, what nation used that?
