The Atlantean Convoy that carried the South American delegates has been met by an Iberian naval squadron led by the three large cruisers of the "Santa Maria" class and escorted to Cuba. We are still awaiting the delegates from France.

OOC: folks, I have a bad flu and will not be much use for a few days - wes, admiral feel free to lead the conference, I'll chime in when I can.

Actually the french delagates are indeed onboard the Palinurus.
