Overall a very nice looking cruiser with more than a touch of 1930s feeling about it.

Reminds me of Prinz Eugen crossed with a De Ruyter with a touch of Kent.

The light AA might be a bit heavy for 1940 but certainly an adequate defence for a 1943-44 time period.
