Gentlemen, unless anyone else has any serious concerns about this, I will declare the US Virgin Islands to still be Danish territory with a US naval presence on the island of St.John, as the general concensus seems to be one of agreement.

I'll modify my map accordingly, the original is being touched up by Walter but I suspect he is bogged down with work! This is OK though because the finnished product will be worth the wait.

Also I don't see any difference in how we accept new territory's given the fact that in the past the SIM was either just started or not yet underway. Now the SIM is preaty much booked up and any new territory added may have serious implications in reguards to other nations.
