Manila Works – established in 1927 with the technical assistance of American engineers from the Curtiss Wright Corporation, as provided for the Philippine-American Trade and Friendship Treaty of 1926. In 1938 the works relocated to a new and larger site in Makati, nearer to Nielsen Airport. Recent work undertaken at this facility is the manufacture of Martin B-26 medium bombers and the works has been selected as the prime contractor for assembly of ENAER Coati training aircraft by the Philippine Air Force. The works will also be expanding to serve as a major maintenance center for the new American aircraft being procured by both the Philippine Air Force and the Philippine Naval Air Service, a program which will see considerable American assistance.
Davao Works – established in 1932 as a subsidiary of the German Heinkel firm. A number of German designs were manufactured here, including the He111 twin-engine bomber and the He112 single engine fighter. Heinkel disposed of its interests late in 1939.
