Philippine Constabulary - Air Support Wing

Early in 1942 the Philippine Constabulary established a small air component, primarily to supply police posts in the southern islands and to provide medical evacuation and 'flying doctor' services.

Philippine Constabulary - Strength

As of 31 December 1941 the Philippine Constabulary numbered 8,190 personnel, comprising:

Senior and staff officers: 73
Technical officers and specialists: 140
Patrol and service officers: 407
Cadets: 200
Sergeants: 843
Constabulary troopers: 6,527
