An interesting design, but I can see some areas you might want to consider:

The six-gun/four mount main armament is an interesting choice - two twin and two single mounts is a rather realistic option, particularly with the single guns in superfiring position. Rather Dutch in inspiration. But for 1942 I would see a DP gun as a better option, and I would definitely increase the number of rounds for the main armament.

By contemporary standards, 30 knots seems low for a maximum speed; likewise the radius and cruise speed is on the low side - though not wholly unacceptable, particularly for ocean escort.

The Destroyer design is still rather slow at 30kts top speed. However, you've designed it to a 1.00 overall, when I can be as low as 0.50. While realizing it would hurt your seakeeping, you could add speed w/o adding weight. Inversely, you could keep speed and drop weight, but you'd have to watch the block co-efficient.

Your battlecruiser has pretty long legs. Have you considered reducing your fuel load in order to increase the top speed or reduce the tonnage of the ship? You could also use the savings to increase the size of the main guns.

A point to remember is that the "range@speed" number is merely a point of convenience. Any significant amount of steaming at higher speed will cut the range number by a significant margin. For a battlecruiser, which might be called upon for high speed steaming without tanker support, such 'long legs' might be important.

An interesting design for a school ship.

I do wonder about the mix of armament - 150mm forward and 125mm aft - different training regimes?

Also, the amount of armor seems rather high for a school ship, unless she is meant to go into combat. Nearly 22% of her mass is armor, which strikes me as excessive.

The different gun sizes is the types of medium guns in common use,I might should gave made one of each D/P guns.
And it is to be used as a combat ship in case of war,at as an option.

Regarding the panzerschiff, the only thing that immediately jumps out at me is the block coefficient. I'm no expert on this one, but a BC of .420 seems awfully knife edge for a 28,000 ton ship.

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
21.925 lbs / 9.945 Kg = 16,1 x 14,0 " / 355 mm shells or 4,5 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1,23
Metacentric height 5,8 ft / 1,8 m
Roll period: 14,9 seconds
Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 56 %
- Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0,41
Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1,10

Hull form characteristics:
Hull has a flush deck
and transom stern
Block coefficient: 0,755
Length to Beam Ratio: 4,92 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 24,20 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 49 %
Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 51
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 5,00 degrees
Stern overhang: 0,00 ft / 0,00 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
- Stem: 16,40 ft / 5,00 m
- Forecastle (20 %): 13,78 ft / 4,20 m
- Mid (50 %): 13,78 ft / 4,20 m
- Quarterdeck (15 %): 13,78 ft / 4,20 m
- Stern: 13,78 ft / 4,20 m
- Average freeboard: 13,99 ft / 4,26 m
Ship tends to be wet forward

Ship space, strength and comments:
Space - Hull below water (magazines/engines, low = better): 88,6 %
- Above water (accommodation/working, high = better): 125,6 %
Waterplane Area: 31.497 Square feet or 2.926 Square metres
Displacement factor (Displacement / loading): 95 %
Structure weight / hull surface area: 156 lbs/sq ft or 761 Kg/sq metre
Hull strength (Relative):
- Cross-sectional: 0,95
- Longitudinal: 1,62
- Overall: 1,00
Hull space for machinery, storage, compartmentation is adequate
Room for accommodation and workspaces is excellent
