East Sea Confederacy was one of the powers from Navalism 3 - the name referred to a local name for the Baltic.

And honestly, more giant battleships would've been the last thing I'd've said the ESC fleet needed.

That said, these aren't bad ones.
Carnival da yo~!

One thing you'll note here is that the misc weight 'rules', which don't really exist per se, are rather more realistic than Nverse. No 100t FC, nor 25t for a W/T. Best bet is to look at some designs and see what is 'normal' for certain things.

Dont you use Miscellaneous weights in regard to torpedoes and mines ?

Yes and no. Our current interpretation is that we do not use miscellaneous weights for the torpedoes loaded in the tubes, but we DO use miscellaneous weight for the reloads. The rationale for this is that a not-inconsiderable number of ships at the beginning of the game and still in service did not receive miscellaneous weight for torpedoes.

Mines, on the flip side, are fully paid for in miscellaneous weight.

Wesworld rules on miscellaneous weight only cover embarked aircraft. All other figures are left up to the designer to determine, with the unspoken assumption that the designer should be prepared to back up the numbers if requested.
