Just a few small points to assure accuracy,

The Melbourne class cruisers are 9,005 tons light, which, given the 3,000 tons allocated, leaves 6,005 tons per vessel, vice the 6,000 tons cited in the sim report.

The "L" class, which I presume are the SSH-1 cited in the sim report, are 2,010 tons, which, given the 1,000 tons allocated, leaves 1,020 tons vice the 1,000 tons cited in the sim report.
