Brazilian Army Order of Battle

I was pointed to this post for the 1939 Exército Imperial Order of Battle. I want to carry this into 1941 and make an addition. That addition would be the formation of a Comando de Operações Especiais (Special Operations Command). This would for the time being consist of a division of Marines and a division of Paratroopers, both under formation starting in 1941. Would pushing the number of divisions fielded to 24 be acceptable considering Brazil's population and the nearby rival of the SAE? Other comments on adopting the Orbat as TheCanadian posted (reprinted below)?

It might be a bit hasty to go to a full division of paratroops; France hasn't even got that, and they used paratroops extensively in the Rif-Atlas War. A regiment would perhaps be doable, though.

Talk to your Chilean allies about paratroops, as they have extensive combat experience.

I would have to agree that a division of paratroops is very ambitious - it would require many transport aircraft for training and for operations, and the acquisition of much specialized support equipment.

The German Army has yet to formally organize a Fallschirmjaeger Division, though plans are in place to do so. Even so, the number of transport aircraft available in the Luftwaffe is far larger than that of the FAB.

Revised proposal for the Comando de Operações Especiais:

One Division of Marines
Two Regiments of Elite Infantry
One Regiment of Airborne troops

Thoughts? Also, does the size of the Comando de Operações Especiais make sense?
