RfP: Latvia

As mentioned, Latvia wants a light tank. Proposed specs are provided below:

Tonnage: Preferably under 12 tons; up to 15 tons is acceptable
Armament: 1 37+ mm gun, 1+ machine guns
Maximum Speed: 25+ MPH
Range: 125+ miles
Armour: 30+ mm at maximum thickness

France can propose the Renault R40, which is a bit on the slow side but better protected; or the better-armed, faster, but more lightly protected AMC-35 cavalry tank.

If Latvia is willing to dispense with the weight requirement, France could propose the Renault Bruyere.

Yugoslavia is in a position to deliver the LT.38 in quantity upon receipt of order. Recovery and infantry support variants are also available at longer delivery dates.

Not to threadjack, but Greece may be interested in the LT.38. Would Yugoslavia be willing to send a few test examples and instructor/technicians for evaluation?
