I'm not sure that the freeboard aft is enough with that massive fuel load....and I'm also concerned that that fuel load is way too excessive.

Freeboard aft at full load would still be 2.47m

Very powerful design. Range is long, sure. Depends on where you want to use that ship. Heavy armament, probably too heavy for an escort (read: too expensive). I´d probably trade at least one main gun for another pair of AA guns.
