The fleet carrier Libertad is now completed, huzzah! The battlecruiser Dristigheten, nows renamed Capitan Prat, is preparing for a short stay in the dockyard to modernize her dradis and fire-control. The battlecruiser Almirante Blanco Encalada, the light cruiser Magallanes remain under construction, with the latter launched, and the submarine minelayer Caupolican completes and begins trials. The vehicle landing ship Valdivia finishes conversion in Talcahuano.
