Azeri President Mammed Amin Rasulzade announced today that he would not seek further re-election as President of the Democratic Republic, and would return to private life to write a book on Azeri cultural traditions.

No obvious successor to President Rasulzade is apparent, despite elections which will be held this October.

Maybe we should bribe a bunch of people so they would vote for Mr. B. Paine as the new president of Azerbaijan. :D
