Of course, the unspoken commentary that the Peruvian National Police would have need for such an armored vehicle is even more interesting. But the choice of livery could be merely artistic license.

Almost every police force has/had that kind of vehichle, still remember the old SKP´s parked behind Malmö´s main polis station
