Design VI (A design suggestion by Akai Shoukan)

Any translation for that Walter?

'Akai' means red. 'Shoukan' was one of four words I got for admiral using the Freelang dictionary. I used Shoukan since I liked the sound of that best.
... so Akai Shoukan means you. :-)

I don't know how we are going to read these reports in a WW2 senario, there is so much to read!

Let that be a deterrent against aggression.

I lobby for Akai Shoukan's design. I think the original Tosa was a very slick design and would love to see an analogue in Wesworld.

Who in the IJN do I need to bribe to make it happen?

Well, by then the reports will have been encoded so you don't have to worry about that.
:-)
... since there is so much in my reports to read, I wonder if anyone spotted that 185,000 ton Yukihime class BB in that report...

Uh!

I found it and marked it red!

Rats! He found it!

With P.T.O. IV, I need something like 11,000 units of steel and 25 weeks to build one of those ships.
If I were to use the Wesworld infrastructure rules, I would need a type VII slip, 160,266 tons of warship materials and 14 years, 1 month and 8 days to construct a similar vessel.

While we are at it...

We haven´t heard of Japans most famous pilot for some time. We hope he´s fine?

I believe that he has been dragged away by the men in white...
... but he will be back! (when I can think of some ideas)
