Muhammad Ali Kammakuty left the cafe after enjoying his lunch with a small parcel under his arm. After looking in both directions he jumped in into the waiting taxi that took him to the Bharati Embassy. The contents of the small parcel left in diplomatic bag later on the day for Bharat with a couple of armed couriers.
Undisclosed location, 19:11 hrs, Jun 3rd 1940
The group of civilians looked at the uniformed man standing in front and began to move on his direction while the soldier started to unroll documents on the table. "Gentlemen, what we want from you is to come up with the supplementary parts to these plans we obtained not too long ago. As you can see is a radical design compared with anything we have built before but you will have time to come up with the parts required from you."
The men began to move around the table to observe the future of Bharat.

At last report Muhammad Ali Kammakuty, former naval attache at the Bharati embassy in Berlin, had been transferred to duties in the South African Empire. If he is still there, that is what it is. If he has returned to Germany, his arrival would be of interest.

I can only find two threads in the forum that reference him, with his last posted location being 1937 in the SAE as part of Spearfish. I remember the exchange about "I am not a number!" from The Prisoner.
