China and Yugoslavia have had excellent relations since the current Government came into office. Yugoslavia is actively engaged in seeking export opportunities there for all classes of consumer goods and agricultural products!

Navy news:
The Fourth Scouting Division leaves it's Homeport Tai-Pei. The ships will travel across the pacific to Peru & Chile
to make a port visit and to deepen the relations between this countries and China. The ships will arrive Valparaiso
on 7th of February 1940, and there they will celebrate together with representatives of the chilean government the
chinese new year.
The chinese squadron is under the command of Admiral Huang Yan-Po and consists of the HICMS Tsing Tao, the
HICMS Palk Bay and the two ships of the Huangshi-class (Huangshi 400 & Huangshi 401). As a supply ship the
fleet tanker HICMS Yuci accompanied the chinese squadron.
