Siam 1937

The following 4 reports are as decent as I can make it. I had some issues sorting the last two players' reports and finding the various inputs.

One player seems to have financed the building of a "private companys" infrastructure via sales and transfers and then transferred those assets to Siam. So it's possible that I got it right..and possible Siam picked up a free dock. I think it was paid for.

I did not track the aegis contributions on a per-Q basis, nor who was sending what to extend the dock in Phuket.

Siam, in general, focuses on building up a minewarfare fleet, a large torpedo boat contingent (aiming for 8 squadrons of 12, almost there) and conducting sweeping refits of all older vessels.

For a caretaker effort, I think I leave the nation better rounded and with less "catchup" to do overall.

The final post contains the new and refurbished vessels' SS.

Excellent seaboat, comfortable, can fire her guns in the heaviest weather

Designed as an ocean going minesweeper, she is double hulled (bulges) in an effort to contain the effects of sprung seams.
