- Latvian destroyer Neuzvarams running builders trials from September 15th to undetermined delivery date.

- 1,000 tons to Britain for nefarious purposes.
- 1,500 tons to Russia for construction of two minelayers (Komitadji and Vojvoda). Vessels are classified for treaty purposes as destroyers.
- 704 tons to Yugoslavia for purchase of four Tatra-class destroyers. Ships purchased for scrap.
- 90 tons to France for purchase of Daphne-class submarine design.

The Tatra-class destroyers have been purchased from Yugoslavia for scrap. Latvia purchased the guns, which will be removed and shipped to Latvia. Guns from Durmitor and Kaimakcalan will be shipped in Q3/1939, guns from Suvobor and Cetnik will be shipped Q4/1939.
