Yugoslav army reforms

On the new 1938A heavy artillery unit, what's the reasoning behind the large number of AT rifles in the unit?

Like the Radom pistols, nice pieces of machinery.

It is a holdover from the TOE I used as a model; the ATGs will be replaced somewhere down the road. And, of course, what's in the TOE and what's in the hands of the troops can be two very different things.
