The problem is, we have so many sub-folders and user-groups to access special-access folders that it often resets the read-write privileges of other members. For instance, in order to give Foxy permission to read both the NATO private folder and the Commonwealth private folder, I had to set up a completely unique usergroup specifically for him, which sucks up permissions.

I've fixed Foxy's problem, but only with some difficulty.
