Type 2.5 slip: Heavy cruiser Callao laid down in Q3/1938. 10,873 tons required (minus 360 tons for reusing 2x3 8" turrets from previous Callao. 2,000 tons added in Q3/1938, total added is 2,000 / 10,513 tons.
