The vr32 class DDs built or being built by Romania do not conform to the Gentlemen's Rules, the flaw being in the cross-sectional strength. This flaw was recently brought to my attention, and here is the revised design which Romania will rebuild the vr32s to.

- Above water (accommodation/working, high = better): 127.4 %
Waterplane Area: 11,044 Square feet or 1,026 Square metres
Displacement factor (Displacement / loading): 92 %
Structure weight / hull surface area: 46 lbs/sq ft or 223 Kg/sq metre
Hull strength (Relative):
- Cross-sectional: 0.50
