- Delphinos (S30) - laid down Q2/32.
- Aphrodite (S31) - laid down Q4/32.
- Astra (S32) - laid down Q3/33.
- Boreas (S33) - laid down Q3/33.
- Diktynna (S34) laid down Q2/34.
- Hephaistos (S35) laid down Q2/34.
- Nike (S36) laid down Q3/34.
- Persephone (S37) laid down Q3/34.
- Phobos (S38) laid down Q3/34.
- Porphyrion (S39) laid down Q3/34.
- Phorcys (S40) laid down Q2/35.
- Oreithyia (S41) laid down Q2/35.
- Morpheus (S42) laid down Q2/35.
- Melinoe (S43) laid down Q3/35.
- Lampetia (S44) laid down Q4/35.
- Kratos (S45) laid down Q4/35.
- Kalligeneia (S46) laid down Q4/35.

Not finding any Springsharps for the other boats, I'm going to attempt to make some Springsharps for R, the Hermes, and the 21" Nemesis over lunch. (Edit: Brock headdesks after realizing the Hermes-class is ex-RN R-boats.)

that makes it easier. There is still a break between the S26 and S30. 4 R's and twenty-two Nemesis still
is three hulls short if we go by the numbers of the Delphinos. (Hulls S27 to S29)

Hmmm... perhaps this 1931 sim report has the answer.

S-4 Hermês Class Submarine -> (0 + 4 in reserve) Quarterly Cost -> £28980
S-8 Nemesis Class Submarine -> (16 + 0 in reserve) Quarterly Cost -> £372000

But now we have the oddity of only sixteen Nemesis-class subs being in this list!

By what numbers I say:

Three old French submarines, followed by four imporved R's Types and then 16 Nemesis to S-23. But if you count all the way to 22 Nemesis it gives you the starting number of the Delphinos (S-30). IMO is too late to try to find the why of that so I guess the count for the nemesis will be indeed 22.

Worked up these 'sharps. I got most major specs of the R-boats down, and the Nemesis-class is basically, as posted earlier, a repeat Greek-built Hermes with 4x21" torps instead of 6x18" torps. Some slight modifications have been added to engines, but not much.

Hey Brock, are you going to post the SIM's for the submarines in the Greek encyclopedia? Also, should it be ok to post the 1938 Greece reports or you think we should wait?

85

Wednesday, March 17th 2010, 9:02pm

I didn't know it was my job to post anything in the Greek encyclopedia. I know I pushed for only one of the caretakers to be in charge of posting, but I didn't recall that we made any decision WHO was going to do it. :P ;) But I can take care of it, sure.

I'll have to work on putting together more Greek sim reports tomorrow. Busy today, and have a meeting this evening, so I likely can't get them all done tonight.

I don't mind doing the posting as soon as SIM's are agreed upon but I think you're right. We discussed division of tasks but never directly delegate those tasks. So we are working like the real Greek government. Next we have to destroy their economy completely and we will be close to RL. :D

I vote we give five factories to Turkey, five factories to Britain, and five factories to... uh. Liechtenstein? YES, Liechtenstein! FLAWLESS VICTORY! :D

So let's figure out what all we need to get posted:
- Submarine sims
- Army
- Air Force
- 1938 stuff

Anything else?

I think the SIM for the 165 tonners we agreed by PM with Hood if we are going to post 1938 should be included.

May I suggest adding trooptransports and lighters to that list (that are listed by numbers but with no sims)

Uh, is there a sim?

Not that I am aware of, I assumed you would sim them like the subs

92

I suppose I could, but I don't know the weights.

Edit: found it, 200 tons.

I'm fine with posting the stuff we have so far. I nominate Brock to post as he's the mod!

Feel free to mention any fine tuning needed on the air force. Brock, I'm going to drop you a line about submarines via PM.

Went to go post things, and looks like Perdedor posted the stuff already. (Odd - I didn't notice when he did it.)

what is the status of the 1938 reports?

I'm working on them.
