Today, I met astronaut Gregory Chamitoff. Apparently, he lives only 1 1/2 blocks down from me, without me ever knowing. He also attends the same synogage as me, and his children attend the same school that my mother teaches at, with one being in her class this year.

So yes, Latvia will definatly have a space program. Knowing one... is incredible.

Awesome! Hoping to get an internship with NASA this summer so hopefully Ill meet one too.

I guess I could talk with some people for you. My neighbor works for NASA, the guy a block down was on mission 17-18 at the ISS.

I forgot you are from Texas, Huston I presume?

Actually Pearland, but close enough. Clear Lake and Space Base Houston is only 30-40 minutes north.
