It's a nice looking design. Are the mounts enclosed? If so you won't be needing the blast shields. Probably useful to raise X mounting as well.

I remain a bit dubious about the various radars, seems more like 50s / 60s style.

Question: Does it make sense to have her search lights installed so low in their tubes they cannot really illuminate what is nearby?

From what I know, I think the Russians were providing a fairly old model as a test unit for Bulgaria.

News to me.

Bulgaria doesn't have any radar but starting with the Kyustendils designed masts in order to carry it. The first Bulgarian radar will likely be Atlantean or British, though French or Russian radars are also likely.
