News from the Admiralty is that the captured pirates have proven to be remarkably recalcitrant under interrogation. It has been possible to ascertain that they do not consider themselves pirates but loyal subjects to a pretender to the Imperial Chinese Throne. It also seems that this pretender commands significant naval forces that extend to more than the one PC that killed P15.
The Armada in SE Asia has gone to full alert and is looking for the pirates' base with all haste.
