ABS room is now public

After talking to Hoo, we've moved the old ABS room into the Archives, and made it readable for anyone who's interested in how the whole war got worked out, or looking for guidance on how to put their own scuffles together.

If anyone has any questions, or interested in 'borrowing' anything, please drop Hoo or Hood a line, and they'll be happy to discuss it with you.
