new italian ship for Q4

Fairly boring really. A follow on to MM Aries mounting new 10" guns and turrets, and an increases secondary armament.

Sicilia drawing? Which one? I've done 20+design studies with about 5 different drawings.

I have a few drawings of her that I haven't posted yet as well. You'll have to wait untill she's complete.

She's a little pocket battleship project I was working on, with 320mm guns, 280mm belt,100mm deck and ~29knt speed.

Looks very much like the Ansaldo project the RSwN was interested in for the fourth armoured ship during ww2.
