If Argentina waits a year or two, they could buy Fiat's Centauro which comfortably meets the requirements. Heavily armed, heavily armoured, big hardpoints and still a useful fighter.

Gavin,
I can buy some I-01 kits now as the cheap option and still wait for the Centauro. As you say in a year or so there will be much more choice and the Centauro is high on the list.
