As a theoretical note, considering this is a multi-purpose replenishment vessel, it presumably has large stocks of ammunition accounted for in the miscellaneous weights, to be used for reprovisioning the many RCN ships with weapons of that caliber.

And as a practical note, it appears to be an oversight, albiet a very, very odd one. I'll fix it when I get a few minutes to fiddle with Springsharp.
