after quick research I came to conclusion that both are correct.

Majority has top red square on the left.
Both Polish Air Forces in France and Great Britain
and Air Force of the Polish Army, had top red square on the left.
Then in the 90's An-26,An-28, Tu-154M,Yak-40,Mi-8,Mi-24 ,W-3, F-16,CASA C-295M, C-130. have them other way around.
Some planes in the 1920's like Breguet 14A2.

My adducted guess is that it simple negligence.
Hell my platoon in 2007 had both eagles with and without crown.

Any what if prewar all of war time and postwar up till 1991 had top red square on the left, then Im going with that.

It could be an evolution of the standard Sieremdres, the first being a fighter-bomber and the new version a pure fighter/interceptor If you want it in camo just PM me about your prefered color and style.

BTW here are some older drawings that can be of interest.

VEF I-19 (sorry for the crude applications of new markings)

IAR-80 (again sorry for the markings)

Navy Bf-109G-2 Cickowo 1940 WW Poland

This plane sports the Puma wz.89 camo, same pattern that my field jacket had when I was in the army.
In my humble opinion the best camo polish military ever issued.
Color white removed from the airplane, a sign of war readiness.

Very good! A small detail perhaps extending the light gray to cover the lower part of the tail fin

Something for TexanCowboy

Latvian Ace 1940.

Yup, that's my trick, too.

A familiar looking trick. Besides using it for camouflage, I use it to paste certain parts onto other parts without having to erase unwanted lines like the wing and engines onto the fuselage as well as getting a bomb or a rocket plane underneath it (see below). But for that, I use the color inside the object rather than around it.

Also, I use green rather than yellow. :)

Its nothing revolutionary but useful, btw do not try this with pics in JPG or converted from JPG. You need a clean blank

Actually there is a trick for that as well. The pics I use are usually jpg files.

Tease, show us!

For adapting linedrawings it doesnt matter to me but when it comes to use it for colored drawings...

Dose the trick involves 2 color *.bmp ?

You'll need something a bit more powerful than the simple MS Paint. I use Paint Shop Pro.

Picture 1: Base picture
Picture 2: Base picture on green background
Picture 3: Increase brightness
Picture 4: Decrease brightness (alternatively, alter gamma correction)
Picture 5: New picture on white background (the one to use)
Picture 6: New picture on green background
