Western Asian Self-defense Pact
The undersigned powers, in the pursuit of mutual peace free of foreign conquest, do hereby agree and declare their intent to establish a mutual self-defense pact in order to maintain their self-sovereignty.
- Article 1. The High Contracting Parties obligate themselves to desist from any act of aggressive action, or any form of military attack on each other, either individually or jointly with other Powers.
- Article 2. The contracting powers agree to share information and knowledge freely to better aid in the mutual defense of their respective territories.
- Article 3.
---Section One. The participant powers (identified as Armenia, Azerbaijan, Byzantium, Saudi Arabia, and Yemen) agree to aid each other against foreign hostility in order to preserve their self-sovereignty.
---Section Two. The guarantor powers (identified as France, Russia, Atlantis, and the Turko-Bulgarian Alliance) guarantee the self-sovereignty of the participant powers against foreign hostility. Should any third power take action against a guarantor power, the participant powers are not required to aid the guarantors.
Middle Eastern Regional Improvement Fund
- Article 1. The contracting powers (identified as Azerbaijan, Armenia, Saudi Arabia, and Yemen) agree to establish the Middle Eastern Regional Improvement Fund in order to expand the economy of the Middle East, Caucasus, and Asia Minor regions.
