Uh, I have those payments in Q4/37 to Q4/38 noted in my spreadsheet.

Reason is, material comes in in Q3 but is available in Q4 only. Hence I added it as negative costs in my sheet (easiest way to handle it) - but in Q4 where the money is at hands to pay for own projects.

Having it in the quarter I use it helps me to track things....
