Bid Determination - Philippine Ships on the Market

The cruiser Biliran has been sold to Brazil for 1,000 tons - delivery will be effected 4Q42

The twelve torpedo boats of the Audaz class have been sold to Mexico - delivery will be effected 1Q43

The amphibious transports Itbayat and Y'Ami have drawn no bidders to date; failing any response before then, they will go to the breakers 4Q42.

I thought about bidding for the Itbayat and Y'Ami but its such an ODD ship.
I assume from the front section it looks like a light cruiser, has turrets all over the place, has cruiser armour. Yet also has a seaplane and catapult, space for 250 troops and some kind of weird "lifting platform" over the bows which suggests some kind of hatch and cargo deck ahead of the forward turrets and lots of clutter too. Also for 1928 its perhaps one of the biggest early diesel-powered jobs too.

Overall its just odd, part cruiser, part monitor, part landing ship.
