New British Bargains

Britain is looking to dispose of the entire L Class long-range submarines this year. The vessels concerned are; L1, 2, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 27, 32, 33 and 52.

All will be available from Q3/40.

China wins the destroyer auction for 1940. There will probably be more on the market next year. So far no bite on the subs, which has considerably improved my opinion of the average intelligence level of our membership! :D

I'm just getting rid of all the one-offs and small fry. I'm replacing the MTB's and MAS's with more Avispa class TBs and the frigates and motor launches with a new 120 ton multi purpose patrol boat class. Just consolidating and streamlining the Mexican Navy, its as big as I want it now to modernize it.

Which reminds me I got another ship on the market:

They've run out of space in the scrapyards.

I'd question the value of buying old second hand MTBs. They're likely to have very short hull lives and are so cheap it's surely easier to buy new instead.
